Shipping: We ship across India within 5-7 business days. Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp/Email once the order is dispatched.
Returns: Damaged or incorrect items can be returned within 48 hours of delivery. A full refund or replacement will be provided after quality verification.
Delivery: Rental props are delivered and picked up from your event location. A security deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Cancellation: Rental bookings can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the event for a full refund (minus a 5% processing fee).
Refunds: Since event services involve manual labor and perishable items (like flowers/catering), refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis as per the vendor's agreement.
Rescheduling: We allow one-time rescheduling of services if informed at least 7 days prior to the event date.
